About The Event
SoulFUL Christmas, our biggest event of the year returns! Join the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir for an evening of traditional and urban gospel, contemporary Christian music, and Caribbean and Afrocentric rhythms — featuring beloved holiday arrangements, student and community soloists, and our Praise Dancers. This year's celebration welcomes special guest Shidaa Projects, a Vermont-based dance and drum troupe sharing traditional West African dance and drumming, with hosting by SUNY Plattsburgh History Professor Dr. Vincent Carey. Arrive early for a pre-show holiday carol sing-along with our Holiday Ensemble.
