About The Event
The Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir will be in concert at the Clinton County Correctional Facility, Church of St. Dismas. This will be our third time performing for the parishioners of this beautiful chapel built between 1939 and 1941 by the Clinton County Correctional facility inmates.
